The Playoffs officially began on May 26 at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, Dharamshala. The first big match was Qualifier 1, played between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Titans.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the winner of Qualifier 1, moved directly into the final. Gujarat Titans, the losing team, received another chance - a place in Qualifier 2.

The Eliminator match took place on May 27 between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals. In this do-or-die match, Rajasthan Royals emerged victorious and progressed to Qualifier 2. Sunrisers Hyderabad was eliminated.

Qualifier 2 was played on May 29 at New International Cricket Stadium, New Chandigarh. This high-stakes match pitted Gujarat Titans against Rajasthan Royals. Gujarat Titans claimed their berth in the IPL Final.

The IPL Final was held on May 31 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The grand finale between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Titans attracted massive fan attention. After an intense contest, Royal Challengers Bengaluru lifted the IPL 2026 trophy.
